Thread: IE 7 beta 1 and Forums

Been pretty happy with how the Forums look and act under IE 7, except the posting functionality just gives me a straight text box to work in.

When will IE 7 be a supported browser for rich post editing?

more than likely its the fact that IE7 beta 1 is not fully operational. Its also possible the browser just isnt know by Lithium yet so it just display oddly. Firefox also has some strange oddities.

Well without any intent to pass the ACID test the IE 7 will continue to spread the use of bad HTML, JavaScript and CSS

both ie7 and especially firefox, dont tolerate non-standards compliant code, whereas the current ie does.

maybe litium is coding sloppily (cant be bothered check the source code right not), which is causing problems
