Thread: Questions I have to Tiggs and the Team at SWG

As you can see from my posing recordI have been a member of your community for some time. You can also see that I have not made it a practice of participating on the forums much over this time. I would not call myself a angry customer or someone who is discontent with this game, but I do have issues:


Why does SWG not share server population information with the customer base?

Why does SWG not share overall population records with the customer base?

What does SWG consider the current status of the health of this game?

How would that current health compare with their estimations of 3 months ago, 6 months ago, or even a year ago?

What current long term plans does SWG have for growth on the game (no specifics or dates, simply goals)?

How successful would you consider yourselves at meeting previosly set goals, either long or short term?

How has the support or techinally staff size altered at SWG over the history of this game?


These are not questions of a mad player, just someone interested in having SWG be honest with him and allow him to feel confident in those who provide him a current product and service that he has supported both financially and socially over a dedicated 18 months. This post has nothing to directly do with the combat upgrade, patch 10, or a expliot that got me killed. Just a customer asking the business he supports to share their thoughts and ideas with him on issues that I believe mean alot to over the majority of your customer base.
