Thread: Publish 22: Update regarding fixes not working as intended?????

Not really sure where I was suppose to post this. But i figues this is as good a place as any. And maybe someone in the know from sony could respond.
In todays Publish there were about 2 dozen or so items that were suppose to be altered in some way in the game. No new content was added just a small publish with a few wanted and needed tweaks. Yet as the publish went live this morning it was soon found out that a lot of the things did not make it into the publish for one reason or another.
Now a one time incident would be understandible. But this is not a one time incident. This has become normal fair for any and all publishes, hot fixes or patchs that we receive. This has been happening for the last few months. Now if I were in managament and I saw this trend I would want to get to the bottom of this and fix it as soon as possible. But it doesnt seem that management has taken or will be taking any steps to correct this problem.
Not only does the patch not get publishes as listed. A lot of times it will just be ignored that it did not go in ( IE ARMOR CRAFTING IN THE FACTORY BUG) but that it is not even being looked at.
Ive been in the game pretty much since launch. And after the holidays over the last dinner it seemed like things were taking a turn for the better. But the past few months have shown otherwise. I currently run multiple accts as I really do like the game and like to partake in many aspects of it. But the lack of professionilism as of late has detered me so much that I find it hard to log in anymore. It seems as tho the support staff has been cut by more than half and that you are running way undermanned. If that is the case shouldnt we be billed accordingly?
I just hope that someone sees this and steps back and takes a look at where the game is heading as of late. You emply in house quality testing. You run many test servers that the paying publis is more then willing to log in and help out with problems. Yes all the problems that make it to live. Are all listed in the daily reports by players about what does and what does'nt work.
I know this post is long and full of typos. But that is normal for me. That is why I have given up on posting in the forums. But I felt the need to post this because I dont want to give up on the game as of yet
