Thread: Can anyone help me bring back my missing padawan??

After a typical morning of trying to log on to my padawan on the chilastra server and having nothing but client crashes and connection loses to SWG i have reached a new problem to top the pile here at SOE.
MY PADAWAN IS GONE!!
My bothan jedi padawan is not available nor is his alt. This is bogus because the live chat help and the tech support phone line have offered NO help to me at all. Just redirecting me to someone else who will not have the answer.
I have worked hard to reach this far and some phone tech says "whoops looks like he got deleted sorry". This is just bs because nobody else uses the account but me and now out of the blue "someone" deleted my work. I hope but doubt any Sony representatives will read this let alone care enough to attempt to fix the problem.
I have lost almost all my faith in this game.
