Is there any way to change the main page back to the way it was before? Just curious

Hmmph, nevermind. It just changed itself back (and now I look like an idiot! 
)
Shoulda taken a screenshot
It was weird though. It had all the forums listed in a table on the left hand side with the number of posts in brackets like:
Ahazi [10823875]
TestCenter [21]
Then on the right hand side it had the PM box but right out there on the page. Now that I think about it, I kinda liked it Any way to turn it back on?
