Hey there. Can someone please explain the official policy on banning here on the forums? I have several accounts and one of them was banned for ranting (which I was), however it's going on 60 days now. What's the deal?

I've been a customer since launch and own several accounts. The one that was banned had over 1300 posts and an average rating of 4.1 (yes I know there are no stars anymore).

I can't believe that they would ban an account this long for something like that. Yes, I agree I was being a bit of an ahole but not the type of ahole you'd ban for over 30 days. More like the kind of ahole you'd ban for maybe a week or two...

A bit strict IMO.
