Just curious about how things work at SWG SOE, how LucasArts fits in, who are the leaders, who makes decisions, who's accountable to who, or what kinds of leaders, maybe not names per se, but positions, who runs design, who runs community and moderators, and how that may have changed in the last 90 days as things seem to be changing, and sometimes not changing, on the front lines for the gamers.

I'm curious, because it all seems so... for lack of a better word, "unaccountable," and even tho things seem to be more accountable lately, some things dont, and some do some of the time, and well, wondering if there's new management, new mandates, new directions, new objectives, and what that means to the customers. A state of the union sort of announcement, or reply, would be appreciated, so we customers get a sense in how were grounded to a committed community, committed to improving the game, listening to feedback, improving enjoyment and satisfaction, and improving communication. What kind of organization are we buying into, or being asked to buy into, with our ongoing subscription and support? Seems like a new sign should be up, "under new management," but not necessarily.

Can we peel back the curtain a little?
