1. Ranks not granting correctly, in some cases people are not getting the correct rank. - status - reported to Lithium
(there are cases where you do not get a rank that was part of the star system because you had already qualified for it minus the star rank so you will get the next rank after that where applicable, that is not a bug)

Obiously, Lithium is not listening - This bug has been around sins the ranks where revamped (Going back many months). At the end of the day - You're Lithiums customers.. and I'm sure SOE is a big customer.

You need to do more than "report" the issue - because it's not working!

2. Forum Search is difficult, sometimes diabled and sometimes crazy - status - reported to Lithium with a possible fix in the next software update from them

About time.. at least now it's reportedyou can keep quiet about it for 3 months..

3. Many FireFox and other non IE browser compatibility issues - status - known but no plans to fix, Lithium is only 100% compatible with Internet Explorer, they do try to make improvements for firefox/mozilla browsers frequently though. IF you cannot post under firefox/mozilla in the "my profile" section disable wyswyg menu in the preferences.

You yourself use FireFox.. why would you not want to make this an issue.. I'm sure vBulletin, IPB and other Major board makers would bite any oppertunity to create an intergration for your station accounts. Some VB and IPB installs have over 8 million users.. and they don't have bugs scattered all over the place. At least by going with a better forum - issues would be fixed within days rather than months.

4. Time outs when browsing. - status - not a bug, if you are viewing the forums for more than 25 minutes without going to a new page or actually submitting a post you will have to log in

I'm counting it as 10 mins.. not 25 - VERY annoying when you want to create a big post.

5. Login not remembering your password and not automatically logging you in - status - part problem part intent, this is being worked on to make it more user friendly.

How stupid.. I'm sure it's not a sercurity issue to have the forum remember your login - IF YOU WANT IT TO-.. Every major forum I've used allows you to remember login.

Anybody else got any responses?
