Thread: Why can I not edit my posts in these forums?

I cannot seem to edit my posts, I have clicked the tab in the upper right hand corner of the post but it does not give me the option to edit my post, please clarify this for me.

Yes, same here.. the button is simply missing (http://www.silverpark.net/edit.jpg)and there is nothing in the forum FAQ about this. 
If it's rank-based, how many ..posts (?) do you need to be able to edit your postings, does anyone know that?

you should check the post Board Ranking System - stickied at the top of this page
there you would find:
Required for rank 1 (Member same as current) 1 month minimum
Required for rank 2 (Community Member same as current) 1 month minimum 50 post (Edit Granted)
Required for rank 3 (Sr. Member) 2 month minimum (Edit Granted)
Required for rank 2 (Community Member same as current) 1 month minimum 50 post (Edit Granted)
Required for rank 3 (Sr. Member) 2 month minimum (Edit Granted)
