Thread: Can someone lend me a hand with a siggy?

I would really appreciate it if someone with some graphical talent could help create or design a signature for me with my specifics that I have posted below. Please don't anyone feel obligated, but I would really appreciate a cool siggy. If someone does take this on, hereis what I would like. 
Something about this tall:

Maybe using the 0 with the scratch through themiddle, or even something that would look cool and flows together. No one's and two's.
I would also like the displayed image to be the same fish that I have as my avatar, on the left side of the siggy, and make him bluish color like this with some force lightning shooting out on the right side of the banner with a white outline on the lightning, and then purply/blue lightning coming forth. I would love if the banner consisted of mostly blacks, blues, offwhite outline, and maybe some gray and purple. Whatever would display the fish and the lightning well.
If someone could please help me out, I would be much abliged, so thanks for the time! And good luckif you doattempt this!
