Hi i was wonderign when do my forum rankign and name change. I have 1k posts 2 years registered.I shoudl techincally be a wing commander. Or higher.

please tell me what i should be . And why i am not changing rank wise.

The system is bugged for some people - GarVa said they will be fixing it...... that was 3 months ago.

2 years? learn date you must.

As for why your rank is what it is:

Your rank:

Required for rank 20 SWG Petty Officer 18 month minimum

To be wingcommander you need this:

Required for rank 27 (Wing Commander) 20 month minimum 3.2 average rating 450 post (Gold Officer insignia appears)

as you can see, you do not have the 3.2 average needed.

your rank will however change to this when you hit 2 years:

Required for rank 22 SWG Chief Petty Officer 24 month minimum

actually, he said that the system DOES take the old star rating system into account. If you do not have the average needed you will simply jump to another title that requires no average, but only reg date.

From what i read it looks like this wasnt an issue

wish I could push harder but they know about the problem and I have
even sent them specific cases, they will fix it as soon as they can,
lets try to refrain about posting it more

and actually I said, if
you reached the "Old star rank" before we removed the star system and
did not quailfy for it, you will not get that rank under the non star
system you will get the next highest

I'm currently 2 ranks behind (both star and date) - he never said anything about the star system - That's whatI said! GarVa said it was a completely different issue but never told me what.
