It's no longer possible to contact a CSR persone directly from website/launchpad via java chat.
Window pops up, telling it's an old url and gives a new url which is also not working.

Thanks... the first Chat Live with Customer Support link is incorrect. Forwarding that to webedit guys to fix. Meanwhile you can use this link for live chat.

While you're at it, Virrago, this page no longer functions properly either:
What I got from using it was an (automated?) response, telling me to use the link from the Knowledge Base.
This is not acceptable, I wasted an hour that day and you guys missed a big bunch of constructive feedback.
