I have no idea where I should actually post this question so I've started here. Why are there so many new Profession correspondents? Do they all get turned over regularly? Is this a sign of something going on?

after 6 months of being correspondent their turn is over and it´s time for a new correspondent to take over their work

I think the appropos question is when did you start enforcing this?

it was always "enforced", just formerly the corro could reapply to his position again, and in Tanks and prolly other cases, got accepted again.

They recently changed that tho.

Burn out is a real issue for correspondents. The position is a lot more stressful than most people would imagine. You have a tremendous sense of responsibiity and no real power

Boo! We want to keep our good correspondants for life!

Whenever there's a new correspondant, they have to learn the system and how things work and by that time, the amount of time to effectively lobby for bug fixes or profession enhancements is shortened. Heck, they might even be working on an idea for a great profession enhancement or fix and their suddenly theirterm is up and everything gets abandoned so a new correspondant can learn how things get done.

So basically, I see this limiting a lot of potential ideas and such for correspondants. Why try and push for anything when your term will likely be up before you even have the chance to work with the developers and customer reps to try and get it implemented?

Perhaps the Burnout would be prevented if the Corrs could actually see things being done for there efforts? Ever think of that?
