Thread: Pre order confirmation email

I've pre-ordered 4 ToOW for our different accounts and didn't expect much of a response other than the screen saying thanks for ordering bla bla bla...
However, the day after I ordered, I got a mail confirming one of the pre-orders, but not the others. Should I be worried about the other 3?

Did you pre-order from SOE or LEC?

Did you pre-order from SOE or LEC?
Additional questions:
Do all of those 4 accounts have a current email address.
If you pre-ordered through the launchpad pop-up: Did you make sure that you were logged in withtheright account?
To check the pre-orders for each account:
click 'my account' at the top right of this page
log in with the account you wish to check
click 'billing info' at the top middle of the page
The pre-order should show up at the bottom of the page

I ordered through the launchpad option, whichever that is, but I'd guess SOE?
One additional email confirmation has now been received though, so I am only missing two. Now, obviously the confirmations are not sent to the email stated in the order form, which I found odd as I don't see another purpose to enter it there.
Yes, I did make sure to be logged in on the correct account for each order.
Thanks, I will be checking the billing info for all four, since the email confirmation does not state for which station account the order was made (which would also have been a nice service)
