Thread: A great friend of mine lost her house (in-game)...
This friend of mine (And guildmate) recently lost her house.
I just disappeared on Her.
She placed it.
She owned it.
Never transferred it over to someone else.
She did not know about filing a CSR Report, so I told her to do so as soon as she mentioned this to me.
She filled one out and has received NO reply after (at the least) 2 months!
She seemed to just think that this sort of thing happens in the game and was resigned to the loss of all these items...
I can't believe that's the way this should go down...
She had a TON of stuff in there. Items of both large-credit value and sentimental value (Vet rewards, factional furnitures, quest rewards, etc.).
While (As role-players) we have signed it off as a tragic house fire... I don't think these games are supposed to include simulations of such dramatic losses.
Can someone PLEASE help this wonderful person (If anyone deserves some loving, I know She does).
Her in-game name: Tempsete
Kauri Galaxy
Me? I'm Omadda

Tiggs,
i dont know if it is possible, but EXACTLY this case happend on our server to a guildie, and after 3 (closed) tickets with no results, we sent a
mail to our "friend" Chris-G.
He NEVER failed so far and is ALWAYS giving his VERY best and ALL to help the players.
Long story short end: He got the houses (3 of em) COMPLETELY back and restored everything in it, THIS DUDE ROCKS !
These houses were also FULL of very valuable stuff and things with memorys on it (like i said...same case).
This CSR is doing ALL when he can, he cant make wonders happen and will not do anything he isnt allowed to, but he is
making use of EVERY tool and possibility to help.
It would be AWESOME if you can "lend" this special, outstanding CSR to this poor guy and his friend here.
He is the one who WILL make it, no doubt !
/KUDOS CHRIS-G !!

Whats the deal -- this isnt the first time ive heard stories like this -- why is there only ONE CSR that actually gets the game and understands the players and can get things done?

Just wanted to say, you do a great job of scouring these forums...
When searching on the Dev Tracker, I've come across these kinds of posts from time to time and I'm always pleased to see you spotting them and replying.
Thanks Tiggs, I'll pass this on to Tempeste.
And thanks to everyone for the help and advice!
May the force be with you.

I hope we dont burnout Chris-G, if everyone went straight to him he could get burnt real quick. I've done customer support before and when people start to like you enmass, it does not always bode well for CS's sanity.....
When my house disappeared on my main account the CSR called me a liar for filing the ticket because houses don't just disappear. Numerous other tickets and even emails went unanswered until finally, after resubscribing another account (a mistake I won't make again), a CSR responded with something else. He actually checked the logs and saw that my anti-decay kit on that account (yes, I had a few 1 year accounts) that was in the house when it disappeared was, in fact, deleted. He gave me another ADK. That was awesome, and actually helpful CSR.
So, why do some people get help and others don't? How come some random post Tiggs chooses to grace with her presence gets attention and my multiple tickets, CSR chat, and PMs to devs went unanswered?
I know it's probably too late to do anything now but THIS DID HAPPEN. I didn't make it up. I really did lose my house, and a lot of items, and I just want you people to admit. You are terrible at customer service. The first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem. You know that I wasn't lying to get free crap and it's bs that stuff like this happens.

I've had very similar experiences with him, there needs to be some sort of positive feedback tool so these outstanding service workers get the recognition/rewards they deserve.
