OK here's my dilema.
Someone an entire hemisphere away just used my credit card to purchase $44.00 worth of junk at Home Depot.
AWESOME!
Anyway, I need to change my billing info because the credit card has been cancelled.
I log in with my non Station-Access account and there's a button at the bottom of my SWG subscription that says "Edit Subscription."
I log in with my primary account (that is Station Access) and there is no such button ... anywhere ... on any page.
I check EQ2 subscription - no button, Station Pass - no button, SWG - no button, MxO (yeah still kickin myself for that) - NO BUTTON.
The only available option is to CANCEL the account and then restart it. NOT GONNA DO IT.
Does anyone know if or where the "Edit Subscription" option is for Station-Access customers.
FOLLOW UP:
Turns out Cancelling and restarting once the subscription ends is the only option... will this affect my two year active account status?
P.S. Can someone please get lithium to create a useable search tool!!!

QFE
This is My Breakdown
1 Hampster searches the past 30 days,
1 Hampster searches the past 90 days,
1 Hampster search from the beggining,
and finaly 1 Hampster puts them on a webpage for you, and I belive this hampster is the one with problems, I find that he can't come through if you want to look at 40, or 50 per-page, he just gives up and doesn't post anything....

PS No Cancelling your account, and then reactivating it will no effect your Forums Ranking, Or Veteran Status on Live Servers.
If there's a Lapse in time where your account is not "active", I believe the counter would pause, and stay locked at "You logged __ Days", in my case 830 days.

PSS
I had this problem about a month after they released JTL.
To my Amazement (and Im guessing that's why you didn't try there, because often they don't even read what you're saying) I went to the chat CSRs, and they actually answered me correctly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here's the deal as I've been able to uncover it.
Once you become a "Station Access" customer you lose the ability to "Edit" your billing info without first cancelling your subscription - this is as per the station FAQ that is easy to find but tricky to navigate.
thanks for the info provided by OldManDog.
I just wish there were an easier way to do it
