Like most people...ah who am i kidding everyone just posts a thread before they even do a search for a premade thread about the topic they're inquiring about. Well maybe this would be lessened if the default search results were of the LATEST posts instead of whatever default they are now? I mean if i search for "luck" i want to read about the FS Luck branch not a post from 7-13-03 "What Luck Crazed Durni Killed Me Again!" Usually when i click to sort by date i get the "too many searches in progress try again" ....then i get annoyed adn agrivated at why servers can't handle a forum and blah blah blah...any reason why this shouldn't be done?

or better by searching for "Threads" instead of by "Posts", certainly save alot of results

I'd prefer they go one better and actuallyadd fields for"between date1 and date2". I sometimes try to find a post I remember reading last week, but the search terms Icome up with generate 1000 results.
Just FYI, if you get the "too many searches" response, wait a few seconds then click "refresh". Assuming you don't get "too many searches" again, this will bring up the results from whatever you clicked/searched/sorted. So if you clicked to re-sort the results by date, it'll give you the sorted list.

I'd be so happy if they made it so searches came up as threads instead of posts. Having the latest thread come up first instead of last would make it even better!
