Been with this game since it released, left due to finances and came back and was told I'd get 30 days additonal service after 60 days payed.

So with all do respect, I hope a wookie rips your arms off.

No telling how many they sent out, though I'm sure there's quite a few people waiting for that proverbial wookie to do its job.

Well it's pretty poor publicity for SOE to give with one hand and take with another.

I'm sure we're all subscribers to ISPs who've given us refunds for poor service etc.

SOE, being a family member of Sony, I would have thought was a little larger than most ISPs out there...

Disappointing... they just know they have us by the proverbials though and wont quit over this.

BUT - SOMEONE from SOE should tell us how many of these emails were sent out, why the mistake was made and how the decision to renig came about!

I agree with you Zephyrite, they should at least let us know "why" they took it back instead of it just being an error.

I sure hope the rest of Sony relations don't pull this stunt.

One thing that comes to mind...someone might have put out this mailer in error, or with malicious intent (disgruntled employee and the like...)

Thats quite possible, actually. That sure would be nice if it was just a disgruntled employee. Maybe we'll have those 30 days free yet.
