Dear SWG support and development staff:

I just wanted to personally say that as of recently you haveall been doing a GREAT job on updating the game, fixing bugs, adding content, and most importantly making the game actually FUN. As an aspiring game developer, I have an understanding of the blood, sweat, and tears that go into creating a great game. I think it's safe to say EVERYONE always knew that SWG had the potential of being a great game. It is now back on the track to becoming just that.

I say 'had' because we all know that the game was VERY rough in the beginning.There were very serious bugs in the game and many rollbacks as well. Customer support was horrendous. The game was obviously released before it was even anywhere near being thuroughly tested and working properly. Take Jedi for example. We were lied to for how long about Jedi being in the game and working properly? Ah..... memories.

I had just come back to the game recently after quitting about 3 months after release, so I haven't kept up with all the staff changes, but I know that as of right now SWG seems to be making a complete 180 degree change into the right direction. Thank you for all the hard work and I hope that you continue to make this game fun again. Please take your time and do things right this time .
