I opened a CSR ticket about why I wasn't getting the 6 month vet rewards (as you can see my registration date is nearly 2 years ago) and the ticket disappeared (deleted?) and i never received a response or email informing me why.

Whats the next step? I'm kinda tired of the typical CSR treatment.
