Why are europeans ever ignored? We must to pay more than Americans, we must to play with more lag than Americans and still, we must to wait 6 months more to buy your game and we cannot participe in the unique contest that you do in 15 months?¿

Down boy, the customs and duties to run a contest overseas are truly exorbitant.

Yeah....SOE is a little enterprise that cannot send a prize....
Thinking that SOE will use the money that the costumer pays to send the box...
Oh man, its impossible that SOE have problems to send a shirt because its expensive.

You should also consider the fact that lots of countries have different laws. Registering contests, copyrights, censorship, minimal agefor contestants, taxes on prizes, etc... may differ so much that it's cheaper and certainly easier to keep the contests in those places were no additional law research or measuresare needed.

SOE is an American Company, therefore we have to go by American Laws... your in a different country with different laws that make the contest unavailable, I'm sorry but you will find this is exactly the same as any other contest from similar MMO's
