I will try not to make this a whinefest, but i thought it might be useful to the Devs to read my thoughts as I am going through the process of cancelling my accounts (2 of 3 cancelled.... the 3rd, with my jedi, will be cancelled within days). So here are some reasons I am leaving:

1) Broken loot that has been in this game since launch an has never even been commented on... really this is just an example of the sloppiness that is pervasive in the game's design.

2) Jedi being allowed to "Fight Club" and farm BHs for FRS. Again, the game is suffering from a very very flawed design, but the answer we get is "working as intended."

3)Poor qualitydevelopment/patch cycle. In all honesty, you patch too much. Granted, you have to because of the problems in the game. But patches very very rarely come without introducing more bugs/issues into the game, which just leads to more patches... it's a repeating cycle. Better QA would help this.

4) Basic issues like kill stealing andloot camping do not even exist in the minds of the Devs. Well, they do exist to us players, and they frustrate many of us everyday.

5) Exploits, like the /duel exploit that some BHs are currently using on Jedi, are not fixed in a timely manner.

6) CU coming 1 yr and 5 mos after first mentioned... if not more.

7) Customer Service reps who do not know enough details about the game to accurately answer questions. Also, there is rarely any consistency in the answers you get from CSRs.

8) Recursive macros

These are the things that I can think of off the top of my head, but there are more... many of which can be summed-up as "sloppiness." For me, the last straw was the current rash of Jedi Fight Clubs and BH farming. It pushed me just far enough to give another, non-SOE, game a try and trying another game is all it took for me to quit... at least for now.

I played this game exclusively for quite a long time, so I do hope that feedback like mine will help the Dev team get things together.
