Question 1; With the recent announcement of SOE banning several hundred players from EQ, When if ever will we see an investigative team come in and clean our servers of the rampant use of TPP speed hacking and other exploits being used to give unfair advantage. An occasional catch by a CSR does not deter the programs use. I believe the community would welcome this kind of cleansing?

Question 2; If we are not going to see a team come in and clean house how can we get quick responses for in game help?
