Might be because of daylight savings time.

Daylight savings are used by Lithium. There was a week difference between the UK and US this time and for a week all times were off for me. Once they had moved to PDT (Pacific Daylight Time) then the adjustment was corrected.

I'm not aware of any options to fix this for people who don't have daylight savings time or if this problem occurred last year as the main Japanese servers weren't online until last years Daylight Savings had completed if I remember correctly.

Edit: Should have looked first!

Under Profile - Preferences there is a line under the time-zone settings to "automatically adjust for DST" - untick the box if you are in an area that doesn't make use of daylight savings.

I just unchecked the "Automatically Adjust Times for Daylight Savings". This is a test to see if the time is right.

Now I'm two hours off. Hmmm, that's strange.
