I have a rather pressing matter that I would like to resolve as soon as possible. There has been an unfortunate mix-up with my Station account. According to this account I am underage. This is not true and I wish to change this. I would be happy to send any confirmation or proof of this. It is not possible to change age through conventional methods. I wish to apply for the ROTW beta but I am not able to at the current time. I wish to speak to a SOE employee to fix this error quickly.
