I need help with my icon folders under my profile. I am currently missing a folder that I should have (given my board rank).

It's been a few days since my PM's have been read, but none are answered. It seems like a simple matter, and I'm getting discouraged that not one person that I've PM'd has taken the time to address the issue.

I realize with the CU and RotW coming up, my issue isn't that major of a concern so if resolving the issue will take a while that's fine, but at least reply to my concern so I can at least know someone WILL address and resolve my issue. Can someone please let me know what's up?
