Thread: Is this section not for conversing about customer service?

sorry about the edit but the forum allows you to post empty messages for some reason.

I would expect that a company that installs a "support and community" forum to respond to queries about the state of the product that we subscribe to. Were this an ISP I would leave and go to another. I have done so as much as I can but since SOE has a no refund policy I will be here until my subscriptions end. My main complaint has all along been with the customer service that this company fails utterly to provide. I cannot get useful responses in game, out of game, in the forums or by oija board. Tiggs and her cohorts seem to be on a spree to censor anything in the slightest negative, even valid questions about a product that WE SUBSCRIBE TO. I have decided that there is now enough evidence and information for me to file a BBB complaint about the customer service. Between the bad press, the petition, the deleted threads, the unresponded to phone calls unless I call corporate and the orwellian censorship in these forums I the realization that SOE's customer service is not only pathetic, its an oxymoron. No such thing exists with this company and sony being sony it doesn't matter in the slightest. I get the point, you are big, I am small.You are powerful, I am weak. But remember, WE are strong. Look into your servers, look at cnet deserted with tumbleweeds blowing down the starport. where once there were people dueling, jedi's trying to survive and bounty hunters trying to ensure that they don't. there are now empty shuttles, a couple of afk toons spamming to nobody and no doctors in sight.
