Thread: Sony charged me for RotW on my CANCELLED account.

You'd think cancelled = CANCELLED, but no, not with Sony. I called and they said there were no refunds.


So I'm stuck with two expansions I would never use because I had friggen cancelled my account.


Lame, Sony, really lame. I hope one day LucasArts wakes up and realizes how badly you treat us.

You should have realized that you would need to cancel the preordered expansion also when cancelling your account. But perhaps a CSR will help you get the money refunded if the character never loaded up and used the expansion.

Yeah, call SOE first and see if you can get the transaction reversed. If they do not, then contact your credit card company and they will likely be more than willing to help.
But do give SOE a chance to deal with it or the CC company will not help.
