Thread: Why is there so much the CSR's refuse to help with?
If you look on the PA/Groups forum there are at least 2 threads on this. I recommend you check them out.
It's a crapshoot. I've had them show up fast and instantly fix a problem, and then I've had them ignore stuff for days and reply with rudeness.
It depends on which one you get. Some actually help. Some are escapees from a psycho ward for sadists.
Most tickets I post the CSR did not understand the problem and closed the ticket.
But once I finally got a reply that matched the questions asked the CSR always reply with "We do not help you with this problem".
We have lost so much... SO MUCH thanks to broken systems in this game... and yet I keep hearing "We wont help you".
I have been sending tickets for 2 weeks now becouse our guild is broken thanks to our guildleader was fooled to /guildremove herself. No help.
I have been sending tickets for 1 week now becouse our city was deleted 2 seconds after our new mayor was elected. No help.
I have been sending many similiar tickets about lost objects, and the CSR's almost out of a reflex reply "I wont help you".
This is terrible.
