If it's the same one you have on file why does he have to keep contacting you guys for any update? Wouldn't it be now SOE's main concern to keep him updated on any changes to the status of the 'file'?

Thank god, you got a reply.

I was told the same thing when all my Harvesters and a Factory dissappeared a few monthes back.

It seems I deleted them all. Wow.

Good luck man.

Not necessarily. If he hasn't updated his email it would be different then what I am showing for him. Thanks for your concern =P

Oh yeah...sounds familar to me....lots of days and no Solution....

Tiggs....Customer Support has to be improved...really...i wrote 3 Tickets since CU, about Trapping XP or other Problems and i didn´t even got an answer....Trapping is bugged, all Traps fails always, there is no way to become Master Scout or Ranger....this has to be fixed ASAP!

Unfortunately, by my experience this is very typical. I had a ticket open for 26 days in order to get a Lot back... every day I would add a comment that I will be online for 2 or so hours and never heard from anyone. Yet every 3rd or 4th day I would get a message that I wasn't on (at 4am) so they couldn't help me but they had to meet me in person to fix the problem.

On a positive note, after 26 days of this I got a message that they didn't need me online after all and that my lot count had been corrected.....Gee, if that could have been figured out oh 26 DAYS prior!!

wow that's just amazing.

why do we continue to pay for that type of service.

you prolly should have thrown some bacta tosses around your house it may have made the vendor reappear. that or buy a new video card.

I was assuming that the phone number he gave to Tiffany would show up in the system for all forthcoming changes to the ticket. But that probably got lost when his problem was shuffled to someone else in the department.

My vendor suffered the same problem - it was 100% damaged immediately after the CU. I put 50k on it and it still registered damaged and inactive. I logged the character off for several hours, and played on another character. A few hours later I came back on and it was fine. Working perfectly, and still does.

I really don't know what i would do if I found myself in the above situation. I play in England for a start, but on a US server. Who on earth do I phone for Tech Support???

What confuses me the most is that it went from a bugged vendor to a player locked out of his character -that once the items were restored and the issue should have been resolved, it suddenly became much, much worse. What did the CSR do, why didn't they contact this CSR and ask him what the hell he did??

You actually get to comment on your tickets? Mine are always closed so I can't. Right now I am stuck in respec and can't get any master badges. I used it the first time the morning of the CU so it definitely should be over but it is still going strong.

The people that will talk to me say they can't help me and the people who supposedly can help me won't ever talk to me. I have sent in 4 different ticketsand each one hasthat paragraphfrom the launchpad about how devs extended the respec several times etc pasted in it and the ticket is closed. Not only does that not have anything to do with my issue, but I can't even talk to anyone with any authority to do anything about it.

I know something like not being able to get any master badges isn't as big a deal as losing a vendor full of your stuff, but then again...shouldn't it just be that much easier to fix? This whole process has left me feeling like nobody cares and there isn't a system in place to help me when something goes wrong. Today its just master badges, but what happens when the day comes that my character is missing or my inventory disappears or whatever?

Tiggs, one of my guildmates has personally had a similar problem like this where his vendor has just disappeared, can I send him your way and contact you via PM's?
