I realize that you locked out my thread and in some ways I can understand and appretiate the fact that you only locked it and didn't delete it. However, I would like to at least be able to discuss why it was I posted what I did. The thread was not ment tobreed hate and discontent among the different players,CSRs or Devs. It just seems to me that all the feedback that gets kept and is allowed to continue posting are nice threads, but when negative feedback starts getting involved, everyone starts to get on edge. I only started the thread so that I could find out if I was the only person disappointed by the "usual" treatment I seem to receive from Customer Service.
I understand that SOE is a business and that no business likes or tends to publish things that show them in a bad light. It is after all, bad for business. However, maybe myself and many like myself wouldn't feel this disappointment or feel like we were being ignored if we got more help when we were looking for it. I'm not saying that you should be the all knowing, final answer on everything. In my job, I don't claim to have all the answers either. However, in my job, if I don't have the answers, I will do my best to direct the individual to the person who has the answers.
With all of that being said, I just want you to know that before this post too gets deleted or locked that I wasn't aiming this post towards harassment or malice, but to just get my point across. Thank you for hopefully reading this and at least hearing me out.
