I enjoyed the respec month very much, it gave me a chance to try professions I never would have normally grinded out. Of course it's not practical to have the respec go on forever but I think SWG should allow a character respec whenever you want for a fee, just like character transfers to other servers. This would allow those people who have played their character and his profession so much that they get bored that they can try a different profession and love the game all over again.
...and Sony finds another way to make money of us

yes there is always that, I'm just thinking of the people who have already played this game to death under one profession and can't be bothered to do the full grind again so they simply put the game down. I think this would result in more sales for Sony because it would keep them players keep playing. Having a fee for it means it won't be abused and Sony also gains an extra way of making money....so everyone wins.

respec, respec.... respect plz!
Once upon a time in a galaxy far far away...
There where players wich took the time to actually play the professions and enjoy them.
Levelling in a profession was part of the game and it was the best way to learn how things works for that profession.
We spent countless of time "gringind" professions and switching a profession was something you would think about before hiting surrender skill.
I'm quite fed up of players wanting the ever win or easy grind button.
You want to change a profession, do as we did : GRIND IT and if you can't enjoy the process then plz begone and go play some Jedi FPS game or somethig.
But, I agree some veteran reward could include a respecttoken once a year but nothing shorter.
Why so?
Because as with publish some professions get "tweaked-nerfed" this would be a good thing to have a token once a year.

So long as publishes are going to continue to make radical changes, I think the respec should continue. Pub 19, for example, should have granted a second respec period.

he/she is right... if i kenw how smuggler would be now, i would never have gone to it... i think the devs are making lots of mistakes at the moment. I respect them for trying, but not for succeding...
better luck next time! i would have prefered a crafting prof to this, and im thinking of goingAS if i ever gen another respec!
i hope the DEVs read the forums as much as i do, remember, i dont get payed to read thses posts, they do!
