The SWG forums are not likely to be the answer to that problem.
Just leave your condolences here, and if you want to discuss those other issues, there are plenty of other websites out there that will let you do so.

The only discussion that needs to be on these forums is people giving thoughts and prayers to all the people that have lost someone from this terrorist act and others world wide.

Whitnessing 9/11 in my backyard makes my heart go out to those families in ourbrethren in England. But this doesnt belong here. Threads like this always get nasty with as*hole people spouting political views.

As FarStar is a European server, many people from the UK play there. Maybe we are the majority, I don't know. But it has always been my understanding that the galaxy forums are there to build a community on each server. If a big event happens in any country, do you not think it is natural that people from that country will want to discuss it?
Yes you will get trolls, and they need to be removed, which is, I assume, why you have full time moderators on this board.
With such events, removing a thread instead of "pruning" it is insensitive at best. I can appreciate people don't have time to check every post and thread, but even just allowing ONE thread to thrive, removing and banning trolls as necessary, would have sufficed.
All you do is alienate the community further. And that's not why anyone is here is it?
