Thread: Need Known Issues so we dont waste time making tickets
====================== (Ticket Id: 3871180)
This is CSR reviewing your ticket at this time. I am sorry to hear that 5-10 word paraphrase of detailed explanation given in ticket>. Unfortunately this is a known issue that we are trying very hard to resolve for you as soon as possible. However we do not have an ETA for this fix at this time. There should be a resolution on this issue very soon. Please keep up on the forums and patch notes for any updates. We appreciate your patience as we work to correct this matter.
I wish you good luck and happy journeys.

======================
Since my issue of correctly completing the Avatar Space Platform destroy mission, and all its required steps, and not receiving the [Badge] for it, was not listed under this "Top Known Issues" list, or any other I'm familiar with, I created a ticket.
Generic responses, and insta-closed tickets is total BS. I cannot ask the agent to explain more without retyping my background story. All I want is the [Badge]. Is that so hard? I got my rewards. I dont have any interest in spending another 2 hours of gruelling combat, losing 25% of my group to ISP problems because we can only take 8 now, and do this again, not that I think I even can? Next time I go up there will probably be with different goals.
If you are indeed working on a fix, it had BETTER include prior completions of the event, and not just people who do it from that point forward. That's the #1 complaint I have about the process of fixes now, since things arent getting caught before live, many of us are getting hit with bugs affecting our gameplay. Fixing it for people "from this point on" is something you do for TC. Fixing it for ALL PLAYERS is something you do for a bug on live. Yes it takes more work, but its entirely necessary, and expected.
They for the most part would spend most of their day on a forum as such sadly. They implement so many changes before fixing so many broken things. For instance, have they even thought about whats going to happen when they implement the publish upcoming that will remove space missions from our datapad in 3 days... did they consider that alot of people are stuck in the Y-8 Mining vessel in a quest loop escort bug... so if they don't fix it when they implement this patch guess what... its going to erase the mission from the person's datapad therefore making the quest not accomplishable cause I will bet anything that if you try to go retalk to the person they won't give you that part of quest again since your quest journal does not update to say you failed it... but hey what do I know... I just see the writing on the wall beforehand of what happens when problems are not addressed before piling on more changes.
How can you possibly know where you are going if you do not take a moment to reflect and remember where you have been? Think about it a bit developers before pressing on with changes possibly should take care of people that have incurred loss of badges, loss of rewards, stuck in quests, having an overall feeling of displeasure that it seems only happens sporadically to some and misses hitting others... why... why is it only some affected and not all... what is wrong that only certain people have the issues... an answer to this might be kinda nice![]()
