Thread: Help I'm losing my friends

Well you heard me right most of the ppl I play with have little bursts of anger over the nerfs patch but most get over it in a few days(no problem there)
The problem is alot of my friends are leaving because of the lack of communtication with the Customer Service dept.
They are extreamly tired of tickets getting closed with no communtication. A few of us Manage or even own our own bussiness and the actions of most of the Customer Service dept would get them fired in any other company.
Plz for the sake of the game, make the CSR's have communtication with the players instead of allowing them to send a generic response and close communtication.

Communication HAS improved a little from what it was. You do see some red names posting in the forums and talking about what they are working on.
