Why is it that old bugs return after every publish? Who runs your QC there? They need to be replaced.

My case for example is the "rubberbanding", it is THE most frustrating thing I have ever dealt with in this game. Why is this problem back, how can you people keep making the same programing errors? Are you unable to learn from past mistakes?Im baffled by the lack of attention to detail. Im astonished by the fact that you keep pumping out bugged udates to a game that is already chop full of bugs. This game has or should I say HADthe potential to be the BEST MMORPG to date but you mananged to squander that away. To you I say congrats and great job.
