Here is my feedback regarding your communication practices. I've been a player for 2 years now. I've also participated in the Beta for SWG. So I don't say this lightly..but I believe there's been ameltdownof communicationwith the player base lately. I personally feel like the players have been generally positive about reporting bugs, but the developers have failed to respond to fixing these issues and even failed to acknowledge most of them. You say you need our support in identifiying bugs. You say you want us to post in the forums, send in bug reports...but you know..there are still bugs after all these years that STILL are not fixed or acknowledged. For example, I've said it numerous times that there's a rebel faction terminal inthe moeniahotel that still doesn't work. Is this intended? Is it scheduled to be removed? or what?If you're serious about fixing this game (in it's entirety no matter the size of the problem), please at least acknowledge what we have to say. Let us know either the items we are submitting are either working as intended, not of importance to fix at this time, or will be/are scheduled to be fixed.

Pleasedon't let the work we've done in helping your company go for nothing. We're not getting paid to help you, so the least you can do is acknowledge the problems we've identified and give us a clue to what will be done about them if anything.
