When the cu went live I had a backpack in my house containing 5 anti decay kits, I basically sold everything I had to get these to put them on a set of armor. Well, one day the entire back pack disappeared from my house and I sent a ticket. CSR KeithR responded quickly and started searching all the logs from the house. I gave him a list of admins (all being alts of mine) and tried to give the date I placed them in the house the best I could. He found the records of them being placed but thats where it ends, no record of them being removed. He traced the serial numbers to another player who I have never had any contact with, and it turns out that player sold all of them and the players that bought them in turn used them on items. Due to the adk's being used I was told they cannot be retrieved, ok, now I'm mad. I ask for some sort of reimbursement for the items since this was not my fault and must have been removed by some sort of bug. I have emailed him 3 times over the last 4-6 weeks and I cannot get a response. This is ridiculous, I've been playing for over a year and this is how I get treated? I'm just hoping someone will read this here and find a way to help me out.
