Thread: Kash Quest- CSRs say they can't help???

So I filed to seperate tickets about the Kerritamba Quest.

To recap:

The quest is given by Chief Kerritamba in the Dead Forest. First part, go to Myyydril Caverns and collect a few things. Very easy. So I went collected them, and went back to the Chief. I conversed with him, and then he said come back. I was then told by a guide, to converse with him to do part two of the quest. So I converse with him again. But he says the same thing. Werid.

So I converse again, and again, and yes again. Same thing. So I relog, Try again. I restart client, Try Again. restart computer, Try again. Rezone, try again. In group, out of group, try again. Combat, try again. Take a different quest, try again.

So what now? Filed a ticket. Recieved the ticket within 15 minutes. I was excited.

Till I read the ticket. CSR says a generic response: Sorry But we can't help with ANY quest problems on Kash. *ARE YOU KIDDING ME?* closed the ticked so I couldn't respond.

So I filed a little more rash ticket, got the copy and paste response, Sorry.

So what now? You guys push an expansion you give almost no support to? What am I suppose to do? Sit here and pay 15 dollars a month till you come around to fix it? Whens that? Another month, year?

Who do I contact to get something done in this place? To not give support to an entire expansion based solely on Questing and not support Questing, is plain wrong. So I am asking nicely, who do I get ahold of? Who can help me?

That is the new diatribe sent out to pretty much any question to Customer Service. Sorry, we cant help.


I dont know why they call it customer service and I hope they realize why people dont stay.


Bugs suck and many have been around since I started this game pre-pub 9. Crap how many publishes does it take to repair a bug? Should only take a day of scripting, but I guess you need to have someone working on the problems first, or at least care.

I totally understand what you are saying...


I was on that same quest but doing Outcast Quests (after a hotifx to fix the cave for the quests) I was almost done with the quest i believe and I took a break logged off for like 30min. Came back and this same thing was happening I am told I still have to speak with someone and that person says to go away basically. Like i am stuck inbetween quests....


Now I have a new problem and i will be posting that next. I am stuck under the avator platform.... I looged off outside space from avator logged back in and i was put at the avator. I could not move the term was in distance from me and said that this term is on a different planet. Then i dropped right under everything and could run around everywhere underneath the avator. I can't /unstick or eject my way out. What do i have to do now wait for a csr to get me out ??
