I can send PM on the forum to my friends, but he cant send back. I tried with another one. Both of them Forum Rank is Squardon Leader. they recieved mine, and they aren't in my ignore list. My other friend, have NO problem sending PM back. And Her Rank is Community Veteran ( I think )
Any Ideas? This is extremely odd!

I can receieve Gorai's msgs but it seems I cannot send them back to her
