Thread: How the new layout should choose what forums our on the frontpage...

Ok, so I like the new look, but I still have to click the professions or galexies link to bring up the full list since the one forum I use most is not one that was choosen for the frontpage.
My suggestion is to use a cookie or something on your end tied with our profile that tracks what forums we most often look at and keep those in the list of frontpage items. This way its automatically customized for everyone and not just showing things at random.

Hmm, I'll have to try that. I still hope they can do the later though.

I like this idea! 
As a workaround, have you tried changing to Verbose Mode in your Preferences? You can then pin forums to the top of the list by clicking the up arrow icon at the end of the forum's entry. Afterwards, you can switch back to Compact Mode if you want and they'll stay at the top.
