Thread: Billing, CSR Support SOE Station Game cards!

Hello sorry I must vent as I have totally had it!
I've only been dealing with SWG's a month!
My experience with this MMO has been nothing but frustration since day one.
I have played Lin2, EQII, WOW, and now this
Today I bought the game for my brother and talked to a live chat CSR the CSR person told me that since there was a station upgrade or whatever going on that I was able to use SOE game cards for SWG. So I got to the store and buy 2 cards 140 dollars later since I am Canadian. Try and try to use the card, not going to happen, so we deal with CSR live chat again for the 5th time and finally after like 4 hrs they come to the conclusion that those game cards do not work with SWG's. I would have bought a SWG's card but for some unknown reason they have stopped shipping the cards to EB's in all of Ontario, I cannot find one game card anywhere.
So since I have started this game I have had nothing but frustrations in the game I have sent approx 4 game tickets and never ever received a reply, just awful CS IMO.
So very angry I decide I've nowhere to vent my frustrations and come to post it on the forums yet took me 4 hrs just to be able to post cause for some reason the servers would not allow me to confirm or input my confirmation code gah does the mess ever end??!!! just one thing after another I am so angry right now I have totally had it! Whoever is in charge of things with SWG seriously should be fired some of the choices are very very bad and confuse customers more than help them. NOT!!! good business practice.
I could pay for the account with my credit card but if anything I have experienced thus far is an indication of how you people would handle that I fear more of my time would be spent in tracking miss charges etc.
This is a JOKE! If you continue to treat your customers this way you won't have many soon
I'm sure if what I have experienced is any indication of how you treat other customers I'm not the only unhappy one.

I for one am sick of the dumb maze like implimentation of everything!
I feel sorry for the basic users who would jsut like to come and casually play SWG's hahaha what a joke you need a university degree in whatever format you guys are using to figure out how to do anything. Then the LAG?? omg it isn't my connection either trust me T1 here.
