Can it be possible to allow a name change, ie in my case, to remove the surname when you've chosen (in your eyes) a wrong surname?

As far as I know they can remove/alter a name only when it's ofensive or other ways against the naming policy. Otherwise you can't change your character's name (or race) after you created it.

Someone plz correct me if I'm wrong.
