Thread: Why would you give us somthing as great as Respec .....

My Fellow Jedi
I had saved up 20 Jedi points and was going to respec them tonight into my finaly template. MY first respec was on the saturday after CU. I was not notified this morning that it would be my last respec.I am currently only Master Enhancer which I was only trying and DID NOT WANT TO KEEP!I had enough Jedi points to almost complete my template. I just lost the equivalent ofMILLIONS of Jedi XP because now my respec box says
I am no longer eligable to respec and the 20 Jedi points that were supposed to be saved for me are gone. I was never notified by email, holocron, pop-up box, respec conformation, or any other means that this morning was my last respec. Dont let this happen to you. I sent in a ticket that has not been replyed to yet. I have carefully read every conformation box since the beginning.
There was ABSOLUTLY NO WARNING like SOE said there would be. I should not have trusted them. I am not going to let this matter just rest and quit the game, I plan to fight it until my skills are rightfully restored to me. If something similar has happened to you please post here and we will fight this outrage together.

I also had the same problem and the only response on your ticket you will get is a canned response that CSR's will not help you with respec issues and that you knew better - yada,yada,yada. The CSR's are complete morons and if you question them as to why they won't help then they will slap you with a warning on your account. Yes, this is how SOE treats their players. Nice isn't it?
