i meet all the requirements...
would being banned 30k minutes in the last 2 months have something to do with it?

Not just you...
I have enough time in to be Wing Commander but not enough post... whereas you have enough posts, just not enough time... yet neither one of us is Pilot

The tim eportion I was refering to was for Wing Commander (I saw you have plenty for Pilot)
