I had concerns about customer service so i sent an e mail here is what happened:

Unfortunately this is Technical Support and Account & Billing, we do not have the in game tools or in game authority to assist you. I wish we were able to assist you further, however, we can not do so from here. This is an issue that must be petitioned in game for resolution. If you feel that you are not receiving the support you require you can e-mail [email protected] and include the CSR's Name as well as any Ticket ID number you have regarding the issue. Please also include the circumstances leading up to the ingame request.

Subject: issues


Hello there,



I have some issues that I consider severe.



1. On several occasions I have submitted tickets and received no


response for over 48 hours, after that I give up and close the ticket to find another way around my issue.


2. Responses from csr's vary from completely unhelpful to completely


unknowing.



Actually lets start there and see what happens. My character name is Wilf Brim, station name is chanderron. I have 5 accounts, love swg and am planning to take this as high as I have to until I am satisfied that I am getting my money's worth. (do the math 5 x 15 =?). I am not trying to be facetious or rude, however, customer support is a keystone in enjoying the game and recently I am becoming concerned that soe does not think that way.




This is what i find to be a normal response from customer service. Anyone disagree (besides csr's?)
