Can I just say that this guy is next to worthless. This morning te sits in chat, moderates the room so he doesn't have to talk to people and ignores private messages. He's not even telling people when the servers are loading and what's going on.

Can you please do something with this guy and get us someone who actually cares.

My favorite part is when the CSR's put you in a "loop". The chat CSR tells you to go to the ingame CSR, who then tells you to go to the out of game CSR... etc etc etc, almost as if it's coded like old Commodore 64 BASIC:

10 PRINT "GO TO INGAME CSR"

20 PRINT "GO TO CHAT CSR"

30 GOTO 10

The best recent response a guildie got from the CSR's was actually calling tech support concerning a crash bug that then bugged the client machine as a result of Publish 18, a bug that hasn't been officially acknowledged.

The bottom line: THERE ARE good CSR's, who by accident or carefully concealing their desire to help people, are employed at SOE. Keep trying until you get one.
