Thread: Looking for Feedback on CU and CSR service

Looking for stories on why you DONT like the CU and what problems your having with CSR tickets and dealing with CSR. Favorable posts welcome, but flaming for brownie points is not. Neither is telling me to just leave as I am on my way out anyway. The management at SWG ONLY wants to hear how much we love this game.

The trouble with all these complaint threads (and the petition) is that there's two separate issues wrapped up into one. Thus, anyone with a legitimate complaint against SoE's pitiful Customer Relations policy is lumped into the same pile as 'CU-Gripers', and thus ignored.




Choice comments regarding ToOW Beta:
  • "When this goes Live, they'll be retiring the hamsters and powering the servers from Alec Guiness spinning in his grave."

  • "SWG would be a lot better if the developer meetings didn't start with one of the chumps saying 'Hey guys! I was playing WoW last night and...'"

  • "The only way they can make this more depressing is putting a gate up in the Starport with 'Arbeit Macht Frei' written across it."

Excellent point. and Wilf I read your thread but others should too.


To theunknownplayer, your basic message is " too bad you paid SOE for two years subscription, I like SOE so go away, and btw make my life easier even though I don't care about you" which makes me feel like your a pro CU greifer. My point is if you like it fine, no need for your input here, it is redundant, but if you have problemms, lets air them here. Telling me to go away, when I have invested more time and money than you so SOE can make a game I didn t buy is immature reaction to a serious problem. I feel like I bought a Dodge Viper that had engine problems from the start, so Chrysler came along and replaced my engine with a four cylinder out of a Neon. I will be gone soon enough, along with several thousand other vets who are constantly asked to be nice to those just starting out, I wonder where the reciprocation is? SOE certainly doesnt support it. Ahh...but I degenerate to a rant again. Dreifers please stay off the thread, I am staying off yours

I am also collecting evidence of what customer service is doing, but I don't do that here. It is my intention to send LucasArts a TON of proof that customer service and relations need improvement, in the hope that something positive gets done.

in general terms, i (gulp) like to CU Yes, like everyone else i had problems adjusting to the new system, but adjust i did and now, well its still the same game - i just gotta play it in a slightly different way. I know a lot of people complain about this item/function bieng added/removed/malfunctioning etc but personally i liked the challange of adjusting to the new system


As to the CSR's 98% of the time i'm completely happy with the response/support i get - the other 2% i put down to misunderstandings or the CSR not knowing what i mean and bieng too afraid to admit it


so if you can't adapt to the new game the leave, but on the way out can you take up all your buildings etc?


and no, i don't work for soe, lucasarts or any one else come to that
