Thread: Change in policy on CS tickets?

Has the policy on CS tickets changed? I sent a polite question in and the answer I got from CSR TerryS (ticket ID 3775724) referred me to a posting on the announcements board which did not address my problem. I would not mind the answer not being an answer if it was not for the fact that the response arrived as a closed ticket. Are we no longer allowed to respond by adding comments? I can live without this problem being addressed, but I would hate to think that in the case of a more serious issue I would not have the option to further address a response that did not solve the problem. If the policy changed, would someone please at least let us know.

Oh I got this one too! I simply asked if an option armour component has been put into the game yet. I stated that I did not need to know what it was, or how to get it if they could not tell me, but I was curious as to whether or not it was in live.
I was given a link to the forums (that I coud not copy). The thread was about "does any one know what this is and if it exists?" There was no information, no one knew any thing about it.
I could have understood if the thread i was given a link to was "the bio mechanical cartride is really just a kashyyyk loot" or something like that. It would have answered my question. It's not like I asked for them to tell me WHAT it was, or HOW to get it. I just wanted to know if it was intended for later use, or if it was in the game at this time.
Maybe I was silly to think it was such an easy answer, but had already searched the forums and the knowledgebase to the best of my ability (2 days of looking) and found nothing. The only place I could think of to find out if it was live or not, was the CSRs.
I don't think I'd have such a problem with not being given information (i.e. not telling us how to get jedi, or things like that) if there was a definitive list of "things notyet implimented" (BH armour (crafted), AS enhancements, maurader armours (assault and recon) and other things, these are just the ones that i deal with on a daily basis). i wouldn't even mind if they said "yeah those things we had on test center..... there's a problem and we can't put them in game." JUST KEEP ME INFORMED!
Sorry, i guess i needed a momment to rant. I really do love this game.... it's just that i'm stuck on tattooine right now, and can't seem to get off.... so i'm a bit frustrated.
