So I finally decided to give up WoW. I figured an extra $18 a month wasn't really worth it. Especially as I can get EQII for a few extra bucks (Well pounds anyway).

All I needed to do is sign up for the Station Access pass. But try as I might I just never got the option.
Here's the following transcript of the Chat with the CSR about it.

CSR Mark S.: May I have your station name?
GothChip: Gothchip
GothChip: I try to upgrade SWG or EQII to a Station Access account
but don't have that option
GothChip: I think it may because I trialled the UK Everquest in 2003
and can't remove the details of that game
CSR Mark S.: Yes that is why, because the EQ account is an Ubisoft
account.
GothChip: How can I remove it. I haven't played it since 2003 when
the trial ended
GothChip: I would like to play just SWG and EQII
Currently experiencing network delays, one moment please....

CSR Mark S.: Unfortunately there is no way to remove it at this time,
Station Access may be available in the future but we don't know when.
GothChip: So there is no way for me to get it because I installed a
demo over 2 years ago?
GothChip: Surely a CSR can delete it from my account?
CSR Mark S.: Sadly, yes if you have an Ubisoft account on the station
name it is not eligible for Station access.
GothChip: Shouldn't that have been made clear two and a half years
ago when I installed the demo?
CSR Mark S.: Station Access wasn't that popular then however it has
always been the case due to the contract obligations with them.
GothChip: But I have no contract with Ubisoft. I never paid them any
money.
GothChip: Why is it not possible for you to remove the Everquest
record from my record?
CSR Mark S.: The demo was from them and you signed up under their
terms, unfortunately there is no way for us to change it at this time.
GothChip: Thank you for your time

So because I tried a cover mounted EQ demo for one day in January 2003, long before SWG and EQII was even released, I can never have the Station Access pass?????

I never want to play the old Everquest ever again. So why can't the CSR's just delete the record from my account on request???? SOE are just throwing away good money here!

Tigg's - Can you do anything???

Well after an expensive call to the US I finally got it sorted by JustinV. I suggest that Mark S is taken away for re-education for telling me it wasn't possible.
